The uploaded documents can be downloaded by all users.
First of all, may I please know which method are you using RDrive?
via Website
Click the menu icon ≡ on the top left corner to unfold the Menu, get entry to the Documents page.
you may right-click on the document/folder to select DOWNLOAD, or
right-click to open the document and press the download icon to DOWNLOAD.
✨Tips: To download files in batch, you may drag files to bundle, and tap download at bundles.
via APP
By default, your device will not download documents that are uploaded to the document repository. If you want to access them offline, be sure to download them beforehand.
Click the Document repository button.
Select document and tap on it to download.
When you tap to open a file for the first time, you will be downloading it given there is an internet connection.
Once downloaded they will be stored on the device.
The downloaded documents will also show on the third tab, Downloads.
✨Tips: If the files are into bundles, you can download multiple files in one go.
Simply go to Bundles and click Download All.
