How to download a single part of a process within RDrive

• Purpose: How to export a specific part of a process as a PDF report
• Who It’s For: General users

Prerequisites: Able to read the process

Instead of downloading the entire process you may just need to download a single form from a process.

RDrive actually allows you to download forms individually, here are the steps to guide you through this below.

Select the form you would like to download from the tabs 

Click the 3 line hamburger menu "Edit" from the Menu options.

Once into the form, press the 3 dots ⋮ icon as shown below 

Select "Download" from the unfolded Menu options.

Select "ADVANCED" to see the additional download options. 

Once you are happy with your selections, click "Download"

All done! The PDF is downloaded!
