How to reply to a comment on a form?

When you get mentioned in a comment, you should receive an email notification.

As soon as you reply to it, this triggers an email notification back after sync.

Here is how you can reply to a comment via APP:

Go to Finder and access the process and form.

A form is now opened in the form viewer, click ⋮ to select Comment

You may see a comment here and be allowed to reply.

Click the REPLY button to add a reply

You can either
1️⃣ Simply leave a reply to the comment creator.
2️⃣ Leave a reply and @mention user by clicking notify user icon

If you go for 2️⃣ , once user(s) is picked , click OK

When you finish entering your reply, click REPLY to save.

After it is synced, the user(s) you picked will receive an email / app notification!
You've got it!

Before syncing, you may edit and delete the reply.
Once the data is synced, you will not be able to edit and delete it.

⚠️ After completing your onsite work, don't forget to synchronize. This backs up your data and updates your project team.
