How to add Scheduled Report Policy

A Schedule Report allows you to schedule a Report via email with conditions across both Issues and Processes

 

Each rule of the report policy has different conditions and options for you to control.
Free feel to choose any combination to fit your situation :)



via Website

  • Click the ≡ menu icon on the top left corner to unfold the Menu, get entry to the Setting > Reports page.
  • Press + button to add the Scheduled report policy.


  • Define the frequency of the report
  • Daily - set the time
  • Monthly
  • Give the Report a Title


  • Click OK



  • Use the conditions to define the rules of the report
