How to see your permissions for items in RDrive

  • Purpose: How to see what your permissions are for your current team
  • Who It’s For: General users
Prerequisites: RDrive Access 


You may wish to see what you can do to an item and what permissions you have access too, in this guide we will show you how to access this on specific items.


Users can easily review the permissions granted for a specific action or record by tapping the ⋮ button and opting for "Privileges." All the actions on that page will be presented with clear ✅ (allowed) or ❌ (restricted) indicators.


From the Finder 


Click the 3 Dot menu on the item you wish to see the permissions for,


From "Properties "select "Privileges".



This will then show you your active permissions in your current team.



While working in an item/process


From the item/process, click the 3  dot menu in the top right.



From "Properties" then select "Privileges".


This will then show you your active permissions in your current team.

Q: What are Privileges in RDrive?
