Am I in the Correct Team?
It may the case that you are placed within multiple teams on a project. Please note that your permissions on the project will be determined by the team that you are currently in.
If you find that you are unable to perform an action that you usually can then this is likely a result of being in the wrong team when attempting to do so.
In RDrive, checking and changing teams can be done easily on both the Web and the App. Here we will show how to do this on the Web. To view how to do this on the App, press Here.
On the Web, simply press the menu button at the top left corner of your screen and unfold it. Here you will see the current team you are in next to the name of the project. To change your Team, click on the Team name and the options will be presented in the window as shown below.
For example:
Change to the corresponding team to perform actions.
