Chat
The preferred method of contact is Chat, this gives the user direct correspondence with our support team. The benefits of this is that we can respond and resolve issues in real time directly with the affected user including using our new Co-Browsing feature (available on the web only). Co-Browsing allows us troubleshoot and converse with the affected user and resolve the issue at the earliest possibility.
When on the web, you can contact our support team via live chat by selecting the ? Help and Support icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen (circled below).
If support is required via the mobile app, simply press the ? Help and Support button located on the landing page of the APP and we will be able to assist you from there.
