Created by Nicola Minty, Modified on Mon, 4 Dec, 2023 at 9:51 AM by LS

Click the ≡ menu icon on the top left corner to unfold the Menu, get entry to the Settings > Drawings page.

Click the button on the right-hand side of the drawing title > Edit.

There are a couple of things you can edit for a drawing:

  • To change the title of the drawing displayed on the device, web and reports, edit the Title.
  • To change the drawing, drag and drop the file or click to select file on the drawing to upload another drawing to replace the existing one.
  • To change the drawing set that stores the drawing, edit drawing set.
  • To update the drawing tag, enter or remove the tag. Click OK to confirm.

You may be curious about the function of other options on the menu. Let me introduce you now.

  • Plan viewer - Check this drawing from the Plan viewer.
  • Download - If you are wishing to change the drawing shown, it is a good idea to download the original drawing and save it first so it can be reversed if problems occur. Do this by clicking “Download” and saving it locally.
  • Set as default - To make this drawing the default top level drawing.
  • Clone - Clone drawing
  • Delete - Remove drawing from the project.

⭐️ If there are already issues created on the drawing, be aware that when you make any changes, the positioning and scale of the drawing need to be exactly the same as the original.
Otherwise, the previously added issues will appear to move on the plan and will no longer appear in the correct position. Please feel free to consult a RDrive representative before altering drawings if deemed necessary.

You can batch-edit the drawings from this page as well.

Charge the mode to multiple select drawings.

Click on the drawing to select, the selected item will be highlighted in grey.

Icon of the batch edit options will appear for your action.

Edit Tag - enter or remove the tag.

Edit Drawing set - change the drawing set that stores the drawings.

Rotate - rotate the drawing, click on the Rotate button. It will rotate the drawing 90 degrees clockwise. If you want to rotate the drawing 180 degrees, click the button twice. For 90 degrees counter-clockwise, click the button three times.

Delete Drawings - please beware the deleted drawings are unable to restore.

Select All - select all drawings from the current drawing set.

Deselect All - deselect all drawings from the current drawing set.
