How to remove a project from the mobile app and re-add that back to the device

  • Purpose: To remove and re-add a project for data clarity
  • Who It’s For: Users experiencing syncing issues or data not matching up
Prerequisites: Working from the mobile app, Internet connection


Please note, deleting a project from your app in this way removes this from your device only and does not delete the project for others. Always ensure you sync your device before removing the project as any un-synced data will be lost when the project is deleted.




Step-by-Step Instructions

✅ Step 1: Navigating to the projects page

  1. When working in the mobile app, should data seem out of data and you want to start from a fresh version of the project click the hamburger menu to open the main menu tab
  2. From here select "Projects" to see all active projects you currently have access too.

✅ Step 2: Removing the Project from your App

  1. From the Projects screen you should see a list of all projects you have access too, dragging the project name to the left will allow you to delete a project from your app
  2. Drag the project you wish to remove and select "Delete" and confirm by selecting "Ok"


✅ Step 3: Adding the project back to our device

  1. Now we have removed the project from our device we can re-add this, Click the "+" in the top left corner to see all available projects for download
  2. Click the download button on all required projects to then re-download this to your device for use

You can now click into and work on the project downloaded.

Q: Will deleting a project from my app delete it for other users?
A: No, deleting a project from your mobile app only removes it from your device. Other users will still have access to the project.

A: Yes, simply re-add the project by clicking the "+" icon and downloading it again. Just make sure you had synced any previous changes before deletion.
