You can always change and edit drawings.
Click the ≡ menu icon on the top left corner to unfold the Menu, get entry to the Settings > Drawings page.
Select the drawing set and click the + button on the bottom right corner to add drawing(s).
You can drag and drop the drawing file or click to select to add.
The process bar will move as shown and lets you know the drawing is uploading.
The drawing title will same as the uploaded file name.
