How to add a new issue/record?

Issues/records are designed to be location-based. To add an issue/record, we will always start from a layout plan at the Plan Viewer.

Please access the Plan Viewer by clicking View Plans.

You may select the Location first and then choose the subcategory for adding items, or vice versa.

If you have already added an item of that profile, there is a quick way to continue adding more items.

Select a Location first.

At the Plan Viewer, select a Drawing,

Click Add button.

Select subcategory

Choose a profile, and move the pin to the destination.

Click PLACE to confirm.

Enter the required details of the issue/record, and drop to the bottom to click SAVE.

Besides manually filling in the information, you have two additional options:

Autofill: The system automatically fills in certain details based on previously entered data.

Prepopulate: The system clones the details from the last recorded entry.

Well done!

Select Subcategory first.

Click the + button at the bottom right corner.

Select subcategory

Select Location

Choose a profile, and move the pin to the destination.

Click PLACE to confirm.

Quick add

Click the icon upon the + button to continue adding.

Prepopulate

RDrive will ask if you would like to prepopulate fields. Click "Yes", and the system will automatically fill in the details from the last record,

or you may use Autofill or input data manually.
