Overview
Explaining what the ! Alert is and how to resolve unsure rules causing them
- Purpose: To explain the ! Warning indicators showing a rule may not be configured correctly and needs attention

Step-by-Step Instructions
✅ Step 1: Identifying and changing conflicting rules through warning indicators
- When in the categories or looking at templates with rules, you may see an amber "!" in a triangle, this is a visual indicator that a rule has failed validation check and requires attention.
- From the "Categories" tab, click into the tab showing the "!" warning, this will then display any template in that section and click into the item with the warning.
- Select the item with the warning and click the three dot menu and select "Rules" from here you should be able to see the conflict causing the warning. Please note, each warning is individual and will need to be read to show where there is a conflict.
- Clicking into the rule will then display in a yellow box at the rule window, ensure to read this properly before making changes.
FAQs & Troubleshooting
Q: What if there is no rule conflict warning but I'm still getting problems?
A: Check the statuses within the profiles themselves for any renamed statuses that could be leading to a dead end.
