Overview
A workflow is driven by document statuses. Each status is assigned to a responsible team. When a user completes their work and moves the document to the next status, ownership automatically transfers to the next responsible team in the workflow. Once synchronised, the document becomes available in the next team's work queue.

✅ Step 1: Create a New Document
- Drawing -> Location -> Add -> Select Item
- Confirm position

- Complete all fields especially
- Red Mandatory fields
- Photos
- Sign off requirements
- Move the form through the workflow the next status
Moving the item through the workflow assigns to the next responsible Team.

You can see all items assigned to you from your mobile app
- Open the item
- Complete all the fields especially
