How to delete a process within RDrive

• Purpose: How to permanently delete a process within RDrive.
• Who It’s For: Admins, project teams

Prerequisites: Able to delete the process

RDrive allows you to delete a process, let's go through how this can be done.

We recommend only Project Administrators have the "Delete" right and they should only perform it when it is absolutely necessary. 

The reason for this is that deleting anything on RDrive is IRREVERSIBLE. You are NOT able to reverse the deleted action.

Search the process by applying filters in unified search bar located at the top of your screen. 

Once you have the required location, simply click into the memo/post it icon to unfold the process details on the left-hand side of your screen as shown below.

Select the relevant process from the options on the left-hand side of your screen as shown below.

Now press the 3 dots ⋮ icon.

This will expand the dropdown menu and select "Delete".

You must then click "DELETE" again to confirm you are deleting the process.

From the process finder, use the universal search bar to find the item.

Once you have the item selected, click the 3 dot menu on the item to open the dropdown.

From the dropdown menu and select "Delete" as shown below.

You must then click "DELETE" again to confirm you are deleting the process.
