Can I move an issue/defect/record pin?

We all make mistakes from time to time.

Don't worry! If you need to move a pin to another location, here is what you can do.

Via Plan Viewer

Simply press the Menu icon ≡ on the top left corner to unfold the Menu and gain access to the Plan Viewer as shown below. 

Select your issue/defect/record pin as circled below, once your pin is selected the details will display on the left-hand side of your screen. 

Then press the Menu ⋮ button located in the top-right corner of your detail window.

Select Move.

If you need to move your pin to another drawing, please select the drawing title from the search bar (highlighted below) at the top of your screen to do so.

If need to relocate it to another location on the same drawing, simply move your pin to select a new location. You can "drag and drop" the pin location on the plan to change its position.

Once your pin is in place, you simply press OK to save as shown below.
