All issues/defects/records are linked to a location. To raise your issue/defect/record you will first need to access the Plan Viewer page to select the drawing and location first.
Simply press the Menu icon ≡ in the top left corner of your screen to unfold the Menu and choose Plan Viewer. Then you select the correct drawing.
Once you have selected your drawing, you can then create a new issue/defect/record by
1️⃣ Raising an issue /defect/record from a location
Click on the blue location pin.
Click the ✚ button in the top left corner for the categories list to unfold and select the subcategory which you want to create as below...
Choose your required Profile from the subcategory, then move the pin to the destination to confirm your placement.
Input all of the relevant information of this issue/defect/record including photo evidence and all mandatory fields.
Once completed, simply click "OK" to confirm and save.
Wow!! You just created a new issue/defect/record!
2️⃣ Raising an issue/defect/record from the "add item" option
Press the ✚ button at the bottom right corner.
Under the Item section, select a subcategory from the categories list as shown below....
You will then need to pick the blue location pin in the area you wish to raise your issue/defect/record.
Once your location is confirmed you will then select the relevant Profile from the subcategory.
Choose your required Profile from the subcategory, then move the pin to the destination to confirm your placement.
Input all of the relevant information of this issue/defect/record including photo evidence and all mandatory fields.
Once completed, simply click "OK" to confirm and save.
Wow!! You just created a new issue/defect/record!
