All issues, defects, or records must be linked to a specific location. Before raising a new entry, you need to access the Plan Viewer to select the appropriate drawing and location.

Accessing the Plan Viewer

  1. Tap the Menu icon ≡ in the top left corner of your screen to open the menu.
  2. Select Plan Viewer from the options.
  3. Choose the correct drawing for your location.

Once the drawing is selected, you can create a new issue, defect, or record using the following methods:

1️⃣ Raising an Issue, Defect, or Record from a Location

  1. Click on the blue location pin on the map.
  2. Tap the ✚ button in the top left corner to open the categories list, and select the subcategory you need.
  3. Choose the required Profile from the subcategory.
  4. Move the pin to the exact location and confirm its placement.
  5. Enter all relevant details for the issue, defect, or record, including photo evidence and any required fields.
  6. Once complete, click OK to save and confirm.

Success! You’ve just created a new issue, defect, or record!

2️⃣ Raising an Issue, Defect, or Record from the "Add Item" Button

  1. Press the ✚ button in the bottom right corner.
  2. Under the Item section, select a subcategory from the categories list.
